Other than the items in the clearance section, all our products are NEW, never used, and in original tags. The clearance section includes new and used items. The status of the clearance section items will be clearly visible.

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

Yes, our only brick and mortar store is located at 1650 Dundas St E, Mississauga Ontario. We offer additional in-store discounts that may not be available online.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Absolutely, however VendaStores currently only offers digital gift cards at this time.

What is your shipping policy?

  • We partner with local shipping companies to ensure faster and reliable delivery of your purchase.
  • We offer FREE shipping (3-5 days) in Canada for orders $49 and above.
  • Canada wide shipping is calculated based on standard Canada Post rates for cities not covered by the current promotion.

    What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are able to offer you a full refund within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please send us email to with your invoice number and item number you wish to return. Please note the following:

    • The item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all original labels and tags attached - failure to do so will automatically make your refund or exchange invalid.
    • For hygiene purposes, we are unable to return or exchange swimwear, underwear, socks or sunglasses.
    • upon receiving the returned items, we will process your deposit within 5 business days.
    • Return shipping cost and risk are of the responsibility of the buyer.
